How do I use Digestive Stimulator?

This formula was designed to aid our cleansing and detox formulas in helping to remove toxins from the body. It is also effective in correcting occasional constipation. In the case of extreme constipation, a deeper cleanse is recommended. See the Colon Cleansing Kit

Dosage Because digestive problems are different for everyone, there is no fixed dosage. Below is a chart that can help you find the right dosage. How often do you usually have a bowel movement? 2-3 times every day once every day once every 2 days once every 3-4 days once every 5-7 days Suggested starting dosage 1 capsule 2 capsules 3 capsules 4 capsules 5 capsules Start by taking the suggested dosage right before dinner. The goal is to have 3 soft bowel movements per day, assuming that you eat 3 meals per day. It may take a few days to achieve this goal. That's okay. We recommend that you increase the dosage each evening by one capsule until you get it just right; then continue taking this daily dosage until you run out of capsules. If you are using it along with one of our cleansing products we recommend that you follow the same procedure. Digestive Stimulator is non-addictive and loving to your body.
