Fit4Maui 3 Day Refresher/Mini Cleanse

Don't have time for the full 8-9 day Colon Cleansing Kit? Perhaps you've already completed a "Master Cleanse" and just want to "tune up" your elimination system. Here's a great 3 day cleanse using 3 of our favorite products together:

14 packet box of Toxin Absorber, Dr. Schulze's Formula #1, and NanoGreens.

The only other things you will be putting into your body during the three days is Organic Apple Juice & Water(with NanoGreens) and fresh vegetable Broth

 

Important: Do not begin this cleanse until you establish regular bowel movements. Click here.

 

Pre Cleanse: The morning before you begin your cleanse, take 1 Toxin Absorber packet with raw unfiltered organic apple juice on an empty stomach.

Eat mostly raw fruit and vegetables the rest of the day, as much Nanogreens as you want, and drink lots of water. Take *your number of Formula #1 capsules before bed. (*the number of caps you needed to have regular bowel movements prior to beginning this cleanse. see dosage)

 

Day 1: Take 3 packets of Toxin Absorber several hours apart ie: 8am, 12pm, 4pm with apple juice and followed by a full glass of water. Between packets ( at least an hour on either side of your last 'shake', enjoy a scoop of NanoGreens in pure, preferably alkalized ionized water. Enjoy up to 3 scoops or travel packs of NG10 a day during this liquid only 3 day cleanse. Take your Formula #1 dosage before bed.**

 

Day 2: Take 4 packets of Toxin Absorber ie: 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm. Take Formula #1 before bed.** Remember to drink plenty of water after each packet

 

Day 3: Take 5 packets of Toxin Absorber ie: 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm. Take Formula #1 before bed.** Remember to drink plenty of water after each packet

 

Post Cleanse: End your cleanse by taking the final packet of Toxin Absorber first thing on the morning after your 3 day liquid fast. You may now begin eating raw fruit, continue drinking NanoGreens all day and have a raw salad or a healthy vegetable soup, or lightly steamed veggies for dinner.

 

*Fresh vegetable broth may be enjoyed at dinner time if you are feeling hungry and of course as much of the apple juice and NanoGreens as you like. We do not recommend drinking NanoGreens after 5pm as it provides natural energy and can keep some people awake at night.

 

**Adjust the number of Formula #1 according to your bowel movements. If you are not eliminating easily, up the number of capsules by one or two each evening until you achieve the desired results. see dosage here
