There are a number of ways to change your body pH from acidic to alkaline. What you drink every day has the power to alter your pH so it is very important to know the acidity of your beverage of choice. Sodas(pH3-4) may seem obvious but not so obvious are all the "sports" and "vitamin" beverages that have flooded the market in recent years, most with a pH of 3.5.!
