I drink pure water all day long. You will never see me without it because I truly believe that water is the fountain of youth. My mood and energy levels are at their best when I drink 4-5 liters and take an extra scoop of NanoGreens in one of my liter bottles mid-day.

I get some form of exercise every day. It can be a beach run, a surf, a stand up paddle, or a yoga session. On busy days as little as 15 minutes of light weights is enough to keep my metabolism and my mood up.
